* Job Summary:

** The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily culinary operations for all dining outlets and banquet facilities, ensuring food preparation adheres to established recipes and standards. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service and financial profitability while supervising cooks and stewards and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
** Essential Functions and Duties:
** Ensures all stations are properly set prior to service and that closing duties are performed.

*** Required Experience, Education, and

Skills:

** Minimum of two years of culinary education or four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least two years of experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in a hotel environment. Banquet experience is preferred. Ability to read and follow Banquet Event Orders. Strong supervisory skills, including the ability to train, counsel, and motivate team members.
