QualificationsEducation / Experience
:
Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology.
License / Certification
:
Active ARRT Radiography and CT or NMTCB (CT) required; BLS required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
:
- Must possess reasoning and good independent judgment.
- Must have the ability to work within rigid time constraints.
- Must be aware of patient conditions at all times.
- Must demonstrate effective communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Position requires sitting for 30% of the workday and mobility 70% of the workday.
Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
Frequent reaching, use of hands and repetitive action.
Requires occasional lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.
Requires continuous speaking with clear diction and hearing sensitivity.
Requires continuous visual acuity at both close and distant ranges.
Limited exposure to weather and temperature changes; minimal noise levels.
Occasional exposure to risk of electrical shock, infectious disease, hazardous chemicals, and radiation.
