• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Perform vital signs, EKGs, and basic laboratory tests.

• Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive healthcare measures.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant program preferred.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.
