As a Physical Therapist at Stone Star Health, you will:

• Evaluate patients to assess their physical condition and identify therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Provide hands‑on therapy, including exercises and manual techniques, tailored to each patient’s goals.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes, including exercises and prevention strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00PM

• Proven work experience as a physical therapist

• Valid Alabama license to practice physical therapy
• Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
