Job SummaryProvides funding for qualified residential closed mortgage loans by evaluating the closed loan package shipped by a variety of lenders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESMinimum six months to two years of mortgage loan closing experience or equivalent required.
EducationA high school diploma or GED required.
Other SkillsStrong time‑management skills, detail‑oriented, proven interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask.
Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentTypical physical demands include: a high degree of manual dexterity to sufficiently perform computer functions on a keyboard, produce materials on a PC, operate basic office equipment, normal or corrected vision and hearing, extensive sitting and/or walking, mobility sufficient to visit with departments or employees throughout AHFA and lift up to 25 lbs.
