Network Specialist - OSP Construction

• Coordinate and supervise outside plant (OSP) construction and splicing operations across multiple locations
• Provide technical support for special request projects, ensuring compliance with NESC standards
• Conduct audits of OSP projects and coach consultants and contractors for accuracy and consistency
• Review and manage construction project documentation, ensuring quality and timely completion
• Communicate with governmental agencies and negotiate with municipalities regarding network infrastructure

• Associate Degree (or higher)
  -OR- 2+ years of professional work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Strong understanding of NESC construction practices and engineering standards
• Excellent leadership, customer relations, and communication skills

• Experience in OSP Construction and/or Engineering (fiber, copper, or coax)
• Fiber optic implementation experience
• Project Management experience
• Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS or other GIS software
• Understanding of Fiber to The Home (FTTH) design and construction techniques
