Key Responsibilities Design and maintain modeling assets, including reusable unit operation blocks and reference models Define and maintain modeling standards, assumptions, and methodologies for consistency and technical rigor Create documentation and training materials to support effective software deployment and engage with stakeholders to identify modeling requirements
Required Qualifications BS or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field 5+ years of relevant process engineering and modeling experience (10+ preferred) Strong expertise in developing process models, including heat and material balances and equipment sizing Solid understanding of core process engineering unit operations and industrial design principles Familiarity with process modeling methodologies and simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS)
