Key Responsibilities Collaborate with 3rd party integrators and internal teams to scale R&D solutions into high volume production Drive process development to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency Develop, validate, and document manufacturing process improvements including automation and equipment utilization
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred) 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or R&D
Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and equipment design General knowledge of plastics manufacturing and processing methods Demonstrated ability to drive the design and development of manufacturing equipment
