Based at the client site in Montgomery, AL, you’ll manage the project team and overall delivery from conception through completion, providing oversight and resolving complex challenges.

As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll ensure project progress, technical performance, material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety. By developing and delivering scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our team achieve client objectives. Your ability to multi‑task, communicate effectively, and tackle challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental or Construction organization
• Experience managing projects of $50 million+
• Advanced working knowledge of contract management, pre‑design, pre‑construction, renovations, demolition, and new construction building systems/components and technology
• Experience with various disciplines, trades and systems related with an emphasis on full project delivery
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Strong people leadership skills along with building and maintaining client relationships

• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) (preferred but not required)
