Summary

• MES system Maintain and Develop

Key Responsibilities

• MES system maintenance
• MES system development and change based on Client Request
• MES system issue resolution and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working in manufacturing IT environments (preferably MES systems).
• Proficiency in C#, MS-SQL, and Java for development, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and data flow within MES/ERP environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PLC systems and Socket Interface integration or structural understanding.
• Hands-on experience supporting MES implementation or upgrade projects.
• Familiarity with automation, process control, or data collection systems.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing IT systems (particularly MES).
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and process improvement mindset.
• Collaboration and teamwork in plant and IT hybrid environments.
• Ownership and accountability in system maintenance and improvement.
