Job Summary

The preferred candidate will teach Business Management Orientation, Human Resources Management, Corporate Survival Skills, Business Policy, International Business Policy, Business Ethics, Organization Behavior, or Business Law courses on campus at Tuskegee University.

• Conduct research and publish in academic Organization Behavior, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship Publications.
• Participate in Tuskegee University events.
• Teach undergraduate students, communicate clearly with students, faculty, and administration within Tuskegee University.
• Publish scholar manuscripts to academic management journals.

• PhD in Business/Management from an AACSB accredited institution.
• Understanding of educating undeserved students
• Experience in Organization Behavior, Strategic Management, or Entrepreneurship is preferred for the position.
• Preferred to have scholarly academic (SA) status for AACSB standards.

• Ability to teach Management courses to students from diversity based communities.
