This is a full-time, on-site position for an Admissions Advisor located in Montgomery Alabama-Fortis College. The Admissions Advisor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing advice on academic programs, and assisting with enrollment. Daily responsibilities include interviewing applicants, assessing their educational goals, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth admissions experience.

Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building are central to this role.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with prospective students and address inquiries.
• Experience in student recruiting and admissions processes, including facilitating enrollment and providing program information.
• Proficiency in training and mentoring to guide students through academic solutions.
• Background in sales and relationship management with the ability to meet goals and achieve enrollment targets.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
