Payor mix is primarily commercial and Blue Cross with 30% Medicare. The production of this practice is in the top 5% nationally.
QualificationsThe successful candidate must have a MD or DO degree, be board eligible or board certified in either family medicine or internal medicine and able to obtain and maintain an unrestricted medical and DEA license in the state of Alabama.
