INTERNAL VACANCY PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR - PLANT
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Experience in Buying will be an advantage
- Computer Literate (Neurasoft)
- Proven experience in Excel/Spreadsheets
- Valid Driver’s License
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured manner
- Accuracy and analytical skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Receive all quotations and capture on Neurasoft
- Allocated request to in the correct accounts and workflow
- Follow up on outstanding approvals and Purchase orders
- To maintain confidentiality of documentation
- Conduct task allocated by seniors in line with the nature of the job.
