- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Middleton, WI. As an Executive Assistant at ACD Distribution, LLC, you will provide high-level administrative support to executives, including Human Resources, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. In providing executive administrative support, you will be managing confidential information, drafting correspondence, proofreading documents and ordering office supplies. You will oversee office management duties such as filing, data entry, ordering office supplies, and maintaining organized records, as well as c oordinate and assist in planning company events, meetings, and conferences.
All while delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors and managing incoming correspondence. This position offers an engaging work environment where organizational excellence and proactive support are valued highly. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of daily operations while providing top-tier assistance to leadership teams.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role with at least 3 years of office experience.
- Strong proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Suite)
- Exceptional Executive Support skills, including calendar and meeting management
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills.
- Prior experience supporting executives or senior management is preferred; personal assistant experience and an interest in Human Resources is advantageous.
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field is a plus
