The Front Desk Assistant is responsible for scheduling either in-person or virtual appointments with tutors. Tutoring requests will come in through online request forms, emails, phone calls, or in-person conversations with students. The Front Desk Assistant will make appointments and communicate the details of those appointments to both students and tutors. The Front Desk Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the physical work environment by periodically wiping down surfaces and equipment with sanitizing products.
Additional responsibilities may include making an inventory of office supplies, delivering tutoring supplies between centers, and other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are all important qualifications for this job. This position requires evening work hours after 5 PM.
