Senior Accountant

Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Licensed Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex accounting challenges, and is passionate about leveraging technology to streamline financial operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and driving process improvements.

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Maintain and improve accounting systems and workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial decision-making
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and regulatory reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Must be licensed to be considered for this role
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Quick Books Online is required
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• CPA or progress toward certification is a plus
