Building Materials Yard​/Driver

Provide excellent customer service to all Graniterock customers. Maintain an adequate inventory; learn all building material products as well as new products brought into the inventory; maintain the cleanliness and orderly condition of the yard; operate the forklift and loader to move, load and unload materials. Work in alignment with Graniterock Safe Work Practices, Core Purpose, Values, and Objectives, and support "One Company" principles.

• EDUCATION:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent.
• SKILLS:
  
  Must be customer service oriented, a team player and have good communication skills.
• EXPERIENCE:
  
  1-3 years forklift experience and building material related experience.

• SKILLS:
  
  Knowledge of the local area and local contractors. Class A or B driver’s license preferred
• EXPERIENCE:
  
  In-depth knowledge of building materials and their uses

OTHER COMMENTS: Must have valid CA Driver's License and clean driving record.

Salary will be determined based on the individual’s knowledge, skills and experience. Ranges are aligned with market data and/or collective bargaining agreement rates.
