Food Expeditor – El Torito, Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG)

Pay: $16.90–$20.00 per hour plus tips. Part‑time schedule.

Food Expeditors coordinate food transfer from kitchen to service staff, ensuring accurate, timely, and presented orders.

• Deliver dishes to tables and servers, maintaining kitchen flow.
• Assist front‑service staff with order preparation and coordination.
• Prepare condiments, side dishes and verify product temperatures.
• Communicate with kitchen and service staff about order status.
• Ensure plates meet customer specifications.

• Organized and able to multitask during busy periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Assertive communication to alert coworkers to needs.
• Capable of standing, walking long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Indoor/outdoor environment; exposure to heat, cold, steam, wet floors.
• Ambient noise, crowds, smoke; high‑volume full‑service restaurant.
• Shift work including days, nights, weekends, holidays.

• Walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, use hands for tasks.
• Reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel or crawl as necessary.
