Director of Nursing - Hospice. If you are an experienced Director of Patient Care Services (DOPCS), Director of Clinical Services (DOCS), Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Manager, Patient Care Manager, Case Manager, or Field Nurse with hospice experience, this may be for you.

Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Nursing or Clinical Supervisor for their location in the Monterey / Salinas, CA area. Medicare Hospice experience as an RN is required. A strong field nurse / case manager with hospice experience looking to step into a supervisory role may be considered. This person will oversee the interdisciplinary clinical team.

• Manage clinical team.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
• Train and mentor nurses.
• Conduct supervisory or patient visits in the field if necessary.

• Medicare Hospice supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent understanding of state/federal regulations.
• Staff development skills.
