Sunayu, LLC has an exciting new opportunity to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). We are looking for professionals to help us manage and modernize the IT infrastructure that drives world‑class language instruction for the DLIFLC's diverse academic community.

• Lead the Dev Ops Application Development/Sustainment Center of Operations.
• Ensure overall leadership of all Application Development/Sustainment within DLIFLC.
• Deliver projects on time using best Dev Ops practices, Agile Methodology, SDLC, and Release Management.
• Plan, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage all App Dev servers and applications during/after work hours.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for continuous improvement and scalability.

• Must have experience leading teams.
• Experience with Dev Ops Methodologies, Git Lab, and Agile Methodologies.
• Knowledge of Amazon, Microsoft, or Google cloud services.
• Strong skills in .NET, Java, SQL, MySQL, VDX, IIS, HTML5, Linux, Tomcat, Apache, SharePoint, iOS Development/Sustainment, PHP, Word Press.
• Extensive experience in application development/sustainment and operational support for large, highly scalable applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).

• BA/BS degree with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
• AA/AS degree with 7+ years of experience.
• 9+ years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) certification and applicable CE/OS certification.
