• Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
• Inspecting guestrooms and public areas to ensure they meet standards of cleanliness
• Reporting all unsafe conditions
• Reporting room status to Front Desk and following up on guest complaints/requests regarding services
• Inspecting guestrooms for maintenance or repairs
• Assisting in training, coaching and development of team members
• Preparing and inspecting VIP rooms
• Attending all mandatory meetings

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
• Six months prior housekeeping management experience
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful
• Experience in scheduling needs
• Experience in efficient and timely cleaning of rooms
• No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others

Salary Range
USD $70,500.00 - USD $72,500.00 /Yr.
