POSITION SUMMARY:PRO
* ACT is seeking an Administrative Assistant to coordinate the management of our office. This is a full-time position (30 hours/week) located in our Monterey Office. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Greet all office guests, answer main phone line
- Assist with planning and organizing meetings, calls, and events.
- Organize meals and produce material for meetings and events.
- Receive and oversee shipments related to meetings and/or members of the executive team.
- Responsible for receiving and distributing Supplier or other vendor gifts, such as fresh produce
- Support the PRO
* ACT US & Wellness Committees by attending meetings and taking meeting minutes, participate in organizing events - Negotiate yearly corporate hotel and rental car contracts
- General office maintenance, including keeping public areas clean and maintenance on some machines
- Support facilities management, including communicating with property manager and facilities vendors, such as HVAC, electrician, plumber, etc.
- General office support (fax, filing, phones)
- Support departments with any/all requests
- Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED- Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 2+ years of administration experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
- Dedicated team player with positive energy and initiative required
- Ability to model the PRO
