Banquet Set-Up - Luminarias

The Banquet Set-Up team is to guarantee guests receive excellent service by responding to their needs and having them seated at a clean and properly set table within the shortest amount of time possible. They are responsible to ensure that the dining room and work areas are clean at all times.

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 / hour

• Work closely with servers and host/hostess to ensure tables are ready in response to their instructions.
• Clean tables, chairs, and booster chairs promptly after guests leave.
• Respond quickly to guest requests or notify servers responsible of any guest questions or complaints.
• Complete all involvement with guest service sequence, i.e. bread service, water service.
• Ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and restock coffee and iced tea.
• Clear away dishes and glassware and refill beverages.
• Clean and sanitize throughout the shift including spot sweeping and emptying the trash.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, restroom, perimeter of building, and parking lot.
• Adherence to Company and Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Must be neatly dressed and well groomed in clean Company uniforms at all times.
• Must wear approved manufacturer certified slip resistant or non-slip shoes at all times while working.
• Participate in and pass alcohol awareness and safety training classes.

• High school or 1 year similar experience preferred.

• Must clearly and effectively communicate English.

• Schedule may fluctuate based on departmental requirements.

• Must be able to walk and stand for hours at a time. Lift and carry up to 30-70 lbs. Balance and walk with heavy trays, dinnerware and drinks.
