Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager to oversee full-cycle purchasing for a small manufacturing and assembly operation. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a small company environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats while managing raw material and component sourcing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, components, and supplies
- Source, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to support production schedules
- Coordinate closely with manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse teams
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
- Ensure purchase orders, deliveries, and documentation are accurate and timely
- Experience in procurement within a small manufacturing or warehouse assembly environment
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle procurement processes
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, resource-conscious setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
