• Must have a valid Driver's License with a minimum of 3 years.
• Sitting, walking, standing, bending (neck), bending (waist), squatting, climbing, keeling, crouching, stooping, twisting (neck), twisting (waist), and talk or hear.
• Repetitive use of hands to finger, arms (left and right) for:
  • Simple grasping
  • Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
  • Fine manipulation
  • Pushing
  • Pulling
  • Reaching (above and or below shoulder level with hands and arms)
  • Keyboarding with both hands
• Lifting and Carrying object(s) from floor, table, and shelves over head or distance.
• Working around equipment and machinery.
• Walking on uneven ground.
• Exposure to noise.
• Exposure to dust, gas, fumes, cleaning products and noise.
• Working at heights.
• Working with biohazards such as:
  • Blood borne pathogens
  • Sewage
  • Hospital waste and others
• Must be able to lift and stack objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and frequently exert 10 to 20 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects.
• Indoor/outdoor work environment with exposure to weather extremes.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Router Waxers are responsible for floor maintenance, including but not limited to vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets, stairwells, and upholstery. The assigned work area could be inside a building, hospital, or other facility.
• Possess considerable knowledge of the operation, use, and care of Floor Scrubbers, Side‑by‑Side, Burnisher, Vacuum Chariot, Extractors and Pressure Washers.

• Floor work and carpet care duties and responsibilities to include, but are not limited to, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extracting, and mopping.
• Review assignments with Supervisor.
• Gather necessary/required equipment and products. Safety belts must be worn while performing each and every work assignment.
• Inform the lead person of completed assignments. Exact tasks of a Waxer are not definite, consequently, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as assigned by a Supervisor.
