Associates in the Concierge role are committed to cultivating an environment and experience that make restaurant guests feel welcome. They provide exceptional guest relations by greeting restaurant patrons upon arrival, escorting them to their table, ensuring their dining experience has been excellent, and bidding guests farewell as they leave. They are knowledgeable of all company safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and protocols, skilled at using Open Table and POS systems, and flexible in responding to operational needs with a "can-do" approach.

They also inspect restroom facilities and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely cleaning and sanitation.

• Performs guest greeting, escorting, cleaning and sanitation, shift changing and closing, and restocking in accordance with requirements outlined in the Concierge Manual, IDPRP manual, and management directives.
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist guests with reservations, seating arrangements, and any special requests.
• Provide information about the restaurant's offerings, including menus, special events, and promotions.
• Act as a liaison between guests and restaurant staff to ensure smooth communication and service.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area, including keeping brochures and promotional materials up to date.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special arrangements for guests, such as private dining or event bookings.
• Anticipate guests' needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their experience.
• Stay informed about local attractions, special events, and transportation options to provide recommendations and assistance to guests.
• Answer telephone and process reservations in Open Table according to established procedures.

• 1 year of experience performing concierge or guest relations work activities.

• Fosters a workplace culture of hospitality, respect, safety and cleanliness
• Team player with a can-do mindset in supporting all business operational needs

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• No Travel Requirements

• Regular lifting, moving and carrying of items weighing up to 30 pounds
• Regular and prolonged standing and walking inside and outside the restaurant
• Regular ascending/descending stairs
• Repetitive motions of the wrists, hands and fingers
• Frequent use of hands to handle objects
