We are seeking a full-time PTA who will:

• Provide therapy services as established by the Physical Therapist (PT) in the patient Plan of Care.
• Perform therapy under the supervision of a PT, complying with state and federal guidelines.
• Consult with PT regarding treatment or condition changes.
• Complete documentation including daily notes, progress notes, discharge summaries, and reports.
• Submit billing, payroll, and expense documentation timely.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
• Participate in continuing education and team meetings.
• Follow safety policies, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean environment.
• Maintain valid licensure and certifications.

• Associate of Arts in Physical Therapy Assistant or equivalent.
• Strong preference for Vietnamese speaking candidates.

• Licensure or certification as per state guidelines.
• CPR certification.

• 1+ year of PTA experience preferred.
• Experience in residential, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
• Graduates of PTA programs will be considered.
