Bilingual Medical Assistant; Mandarin

Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our reputable medical clinic. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare professionals in providing quality patient care. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.

• Assist healthcare professionals in patient examinations and procedures.
• Record and maintain accurate patient medical histories and vital signs.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Administer injections and medications as directed by healthcare providers.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and handle specimen collection. Request Lab results.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient patient flow.
• Maintain electronic health records and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.

• Medical Assistant certification or relevant qualification.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
• Ability to collaborate with other team members in providing efficient and professional care.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
