Alma Water Inc. is a North American beverage supplier specializing in low-minimum private label still and sparkling water programs. For over 5 years, we have supported restaurants, hospitality groups, institutions, and distributors with high-quality, customizable bottled water solutions produced across multiple Canadian plants. As we expand across Canada and the United States, and prepare to introduce soda beverages by 2027, we are building a high-performance sales team to accelerate market penetration.
TheOpportunity
We are hiring experienced (5+years)
Business Development Managers with deep beverage, F&B, or CPG sales experience to grow territory-based revenue across hospitality, institutional, and distribution channels. We are looking for proven closers with established networks and a documented sales track record.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans
- Acquire new private label water clients
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Restaurants & QSR chains
- Grocery & specialty retailers
- Institutional buyers (universities, hospitals)
- Corporate offices & banks
- Present private label programs and custom branding solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Collaborate with operations on forecasting and production scheduling
- Identify cross-selling opportunities (sparkling, still, and future soda lines)
- Deliver consistent revenue growth and margin performance
- Minimum 5+ years of beverage, F&B, CPG, or drink distribution sales experience
- Strong understanding of hospitality and distributor sales cycles
- Existing industry relationships within assigned territory
Proven history of hitting or exceeding sales targets - Experience selling to multi-unit operators is a strong asset
- Comfortable with private label programs and contract negotiations
- Self-starter with strong territory ownership mindset
- Willingness to travel within territory
