What would be your main responsibilities as a Salesforce Developer?
Manage Salesforce configuration, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.
Implement and manage custom objects, fields, and validation rules.
Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for data governance.
Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and flows to support business operations.
Configure and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows and other Salesforce technologies.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Mule Soft and APIs.
Apply source control (Git) and CI/CD best practices to manage development, deployments, and release processes across environments.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
Participate in Salesforce community events and networking opportunities.
Identify and implement improvements to the Salesforce platform and processes.
Project Management and
Collaboration:
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and translate functional needs into technical solutions.
Participate in project planning, provide estimates, and deliver solutions on time.
Work closely with other developers, administrators, and consultants to implement cohesive solutions.
Communicate effectively with non‑technical team members and stakeholders.
What are the requirements needed to have success in this position?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant technology‑focused degree
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Mulesoft Developer, Platform App Builder, Account Engagement (Pardot) Specialist, Agentforce Specialist) are highly preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in Salesforce development including a proven strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Experience with integration tools and third‑party applications.
Knowledge of additional commercial applications like ERP or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Experience with Sales Cloud is a must‑have.
Experience with Experience Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot) is an asset.
Mule Soft experience is an asset.
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment and asset.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bilingual (French/English)…
