Job Overview
Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, this key position works in partnership with the Regional Marketing Managers by overseeing the workflow planning and execution of paid advertising activities, campaigns, and initiatives for both 123 Corporate and Legacy clinics across Canada.

The PPC Analyst is a cornerstone member of the Digital team, responsible for the PPC performance of our dental clinics, groups, and brands across Canada. You will conduct keyword research, account setup, and ongoing optimization of paid digital advertising, ensuring campaigns meet high standards across the network.

To succeed, you need a strong grasp of PPC Advertising on Google and Meta, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and agencies. A data‑driven mindset is essential.

The ideal candidate is a self‑starter, enthusiastic, and driven professional looking to advance their career within one of Canada’s largest dentist‑led DSOs.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize Google Ad and Meta Ad accounts.

Perform comprehensive keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to guide and advise on strategic direction.

Provide PPC input on clinic reports and campaign forecasting.

Continuously adjust audience targeting, expand reach, and optimize bids using data modeling.

Optimize existing campaigns across channels, proactively recommending strategy changes.

Set up tracking and reporting, and create impactful reports using third‑party tools.

Monitor campaign results and analyze key metrics to maximize ROI.

Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends, applying them to operations.

Education, Credentials, Qualifications

Degree in Business or relevant industry experience.

2+ years managing Google Ads Network.

2+ years managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads Network.

Google Ads Certification.

Meta Ads Certification.

Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition for brick‑and‑mortar businesses.

Required Skills & Abilities

Team collaboration and customer communication skills.

Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and consistent.

Adaptable to dynamic interactive marketing environments.

Strong problem‑diagnosis and creative problem‑solving skills.

Organizational skills with ability to juggle tasks within timelines and budgets.

Strong analytics skills, including Google Analytics, and ability to digest complex data.

Experience with Google GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Hub Spot CRM, Call Rail, Asana, Airtable, Looker Studio, Notion, Hot Jar, Mailchimp, and Google Workspace.
