Vous serez responsable de la gestion des comptes clients, de la négociation avec les clients, et de la résolution des litiges. Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience, une excellente maîtrise du français, des compétences en communication et en négociation, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques.
