We'll look to you for:
Design and Implement the Test Environment:Deliver the specification for test environments, including necessary tools, data, and configurations for comprehensive testing Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the test environmentExecute the end-to-end testing: Plan the test cases and data sets Validate the digital integration, data interfaces and overall performance alignment with Customer requirements Identify defects and ensure resolution with project teamsSupport the project management and architecture design activities: Supporting the planning and the achievement of the Architecture reviews in all project steps / milestones Provide status, issues and risks on deliverables to support project management activities. Manage inputs and outputs with other sub-systems during design and validation phasesEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Engineering Graduate/ Diploma in Engineering field or equivalent on-work experienceMinimum 1 year in a managing position in an operational environment, in Digital solutions contextHands-on development experience of one or more software phases like software development, hardware-software integration etcExperience of working in and with multi-national companies and in different business culturesKnowledge of ALSTOM way of working for efficient process execution desirableCertification in System Engineering desirableWorking knowledge of safety management systems and safety risk assessment desirableCompetencies & Skills
Good knowledge of railway products and systemsStrong leadership, coordination and communication skills and capacity to orchestrate cross-functional activities in a multi-cultural and multi-level (system & sub-systems) environment. Result-oriented.Capacity of managing Technical risksStrong team player Rigorous, autonomous, capacity to learn fast complex technical topicsEnglish mandatoryYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
