Could you be the full-time Digital Mock-Up Lead Engineer (DMU LE) in St Bruno we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in ensuring End-to-End (“E2E”) consistent and fluid data-flow on Digital Mock-up and E-BOM according to Métier Rules and Standards in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in maintaining a seamless and efficient digital mock-up process, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across our systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as TD Métier 3D Management Leaders, DMU Train Architects, Mechanical Interface Engineers, and CAD specialists, to synchronize exchanges and maintain a consistent eBOM configuration. You will also contribute to 3D presentations and customer documentation, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of building appropriate product breakdown structures (ZBS, IBS, etc.), as well as performing activities assigned to the “Architect” role in the DMU tool, but also ensuring proper attributes filling and classification for compliance.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring proper maturity and status levels (e.g., Review, Consultation, Order, Proto, Serie) according to planning
Ensuring proper positioning of components in DMU
Ensuring correct application of DMU methodologies
Synchronizing exchanges between LU, PU, TSS, Suppliers, and Subcontractors
Extracting simplified 3D DMU engineering baselines for DTDR/DMTR
Animating PPL KPI at the project level
