Automotive Service Advisor Sign on BONUS Acton

Midas of Acton is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. Candidate must be familiar with vehicle service and be customer service oriented and sales oriented. Prior experience a plus but willing to train the right candidate. We need a team player, with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and participate in training to excel and bring customer service to the next level.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy shop, with a progressive and proactive team and management. Benefits include 401k, health insurance, and paid time off two weeks per year. Sign on bonus will be discussed at time of interview.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
• Follow up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials
• Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks
• Maintain inventory counts
• Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Other duties as assigned

• General automotive knowledge
• Leadership ability
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Valid driver’s license
• Competitive compensation with paid training
