Customer Service / Driver Check-In – Part-Time / PM Job Description

Checks in LTL drivers, reviews bills and delivery receipts, and scans and enters documents into the system.
Schedule: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Obtain required bills and delivery receipts from drivers.
- Enter information from the bills and delivery receipts into the system.
- Report any over, short, or damaged notations on the bills or delivery receipts to operations.
- Work closely with drivers, dispatch, and operations.
- Use OHFL systems to enter data and utilize information to address questions and resolve issues as they arise.
- Perform general office duties as assigned.
Experience, Skills, and
Qualifications:
- No experience required; OHFL will provide training.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong PC proficiency and experience using MS Office products. AS400 experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
