Summary

Sells/leases new- and used-vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.

Essential Duties

• Sells and delivers a minimum of 10 vehicles per month.
• Makes 100 outbound phone calls per week.
• Maintains a 95% CSI score on survey results.
• Prepares sales orders and processes paperwork according to dealership policies.
• Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
• Attends product and sales training courses as requested.
• Maintains knowledge of new products and services.
• Follows up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Conducts business ethically and professionally.
• Assists customers in vehicle selection, explains product features, and offers test drives.
• Ensures all deals are properly documented and handed over to finance.
• Prepares vehicles for delivery and conducts post-delivery follow-up.
• Participates in sales meetings and adheres to safety and company policies.
• Completes required training and maintains a valid driver’s license.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED; or six months related experience/training; or equivalent.
