As a Full-Time Service Cashier, you will be responsible for managing customer transactions efficiently and accurately while providing outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our patrons, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated during their visit.

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial exchanges.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Address customer inquiries and provide assistance or product information as needed.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining product displays as necessary.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and safety.
• Participate in training and development sessions as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficient with technology and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
