• Produce sales gains by providing customer service.
• Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.
• Provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate’s sales performance. Offer feedback on strengths and opportunities while aligning with Company Objectives.
• Adhere to current visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Company Dress Code Policy.

• Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Assist in preparing store schedules that provide proper store coverage and comply with wage-control guidelines.
• Follow all policies to accurately manage store inventory, including receiving, transferring, price changes, and product counts.
• Maintain proper documentation and record keeping per LIDS Retail policies and state/federal laws.
• Open and close the store as required following the Operations P&P Manual procedures.
• Support and adhere to all LIDS policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Participate in LIDS Training Programs, adhere to set sales and task goals, and maintain regular follow‑up.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
• Encourage store associates’ compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines, including safekeeping of company inventory, funds, and property.
• Perform work of subordinates as needed.
• Communicate with employees at all company levels.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relevant experience.
• Established ability to generate sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear professional verbal communication.
• Ability to operate a computer and use related software programs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
• Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Mangers PT are also available for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.

Annual pay ranges may fall between $33,280 - $68,640. You may also be offered a bonus, and other benefits.
