Base Pay$20.00/hr — $23.00/hr
Position PurposeContractors' Warehouse Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers, assessing their needs, and providing assistance. They learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project. Associates greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in their department, handling basics across adjacent departments.
They maintain in-stock conditions, keep areas clean, shop‑able, and safe, and follow all safety policies. They complete safety training, correct hazards promptly, report unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty, and work safely to protect coworkers, vendors, and customers.
Responsibilities- Greet and qualify customers, recommend and close sales.
- Maintain in‑stock and safe conditions of assigned areas.
- Follow safety policies, complete safety training, and report hazards.
- Cooperate with Department Supervisor and other associates.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet sales goals and maintain safety standards.
- Working knowledge of home improvement products is a plus.
