Registered Nurse
- Home Health (with 1+ year experience)

$40 - $50 per hour rate (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Home Health department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being as well as responsibility to quality, adequacy of services provided.

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based practices to address patients’ unique healthcare needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision, adhering to prescribed protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor patients’ condition closely. Recognizing any changes or complications and taking appropriate action to prevent deterioration.
• Utilize advanced technology and telemedicine tools to facilitate remote monitoring and consultations, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documentation, and progress notes, in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Prepares summaries of care and inform personnel of changes in the client’s needs.
• Counsels the client and family in meeting related needs.
• Assists in the development of organization goals. Develops, recommends, and administers agency policies and procedures.
• Adhere to ethical and legal principles, maintaining confidentiality and respecting patients’ rights throughout the care journey.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum One (1) year of clinical experience.
• Excellent Customer service skills that helps to treat clients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and presents a positive public image.
• Ability to travel on a daily basis including weekends, nights and holidays
• Should be able to provide proof for a clear TB test results
• Should have a clear CDSS background check
• Understands regulatory compliance.
