Cross Country Education is looking for highly adaptable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Roving Floater team and thrive in fast-paced environments where every day brings a new challenge with the chance to make an essential impact across multiple school sites in the Montebello, CA area
. Embrace the variety of a roving role while enjoying a consistent schedule for the remainder of the '25–'26 school year!

• Maintain extreme flexibility and report daily to varying schools within the district, with assignment notifications often provided same-day (7:00 AM – 7:30 AM) or the evening prior.
• Provide essential medical and personal care (e.g., feeding, toileting, ambulation) to students, adjusting immediately to hourly changes in assignments.
• Accurately document all care provided and communicate effectively with Lead School Nurses and site staff regarding student needs.
• Coordinate between multiple school sites as needed, maintaining timely communication regarding status and availability to ensure continuity of care.

• Valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
• Active CPR and First Aid Certification
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to navigate between district sites
• Prior Experience as a Floater, Roving, or Substitute staff member (Highly Preferred)

• $24.00 Per Hour
