Overview

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will lead an outpatient clinic, focusing on patient care, team development, and operational excellence. Health care experience is not required.

  • Financial management: oversee clinic operations, budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.

  • Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and mentor clinical staff.
  • Ensure high‑quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage clinic finances and operations.
  • Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to align results with business needs.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree preferred;
    Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
  • Current registered nurse license if required by state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification, or to be obtained within 60 days of hire.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with clinical and financial teams.
