? Cross Country Education is seeking five exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to launch an impactful program for the 2025–2026 school year. This unique opportunity allows you to act as a behavioral architect, with the flexibility to specialize in one of two vital roles tailored to your professional strengths.

• Comprehensive Caseload Specialist Role – Manage a full K-12 caseload, conducting assessments, developing BIPs, and providing high-level training to reduce problem behaviors.
• 504 & General Education Focus Role – Manage a smaller caseload with a specialized focus on 504 students, completing reports and ensuring accommodations are met during the eligibility process.
• Conduct on-site observations and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to drive student breakthroughs.
• Develop and monitor evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) while bridging the gap(javax) between data and achievement for IEP teams.
• Provide direct training to educators, administrators, and parents to implement cohesive behavioral strategies.
• Based at the district office, reporting to the Program Specialist, with full mileage reimbursement provided.

• Master's Degree (Required)
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (Required)
• Minimum of 10 months of school‑based experience implementing and/or supervising Applied Behavior Analysis programs for students with Autism (Preferred)
