As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes your personal and professional growth. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health‑care experience is not required.
Responsibilities- Patients come first – build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.

- Be available when the clinic is open.
- Lead a cross‑functional clinical team (size dependent on state laws) to deliver the best for our patients, teammates and community.
- Manage financial performance: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies and monitor compliance.
- Enjoy autonomy; you run the clinic with support and guidance from your director, regional peers and the broader company.

Salary range: $88,400 – $140,000 per year. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
Requirements- Associate’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum one year of management experience (healthcare, business, military) or equivalent renal experience at discretion of Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
- Collaboration skills essential; work daily with clinical and financial teams to align results with business needs.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Other qualifications and skill combinations may be considered at discretion of leadership.
