This position is funded through Restricted (categorical) Funds for the School Year and is a temporary assignment for internal candidates and temporary contract for external candidates.
The position may be renewed based on availability of funds. CREDENTIAL:
Must hold a valid clear credential issued by the State of California authorizing service in K-12 teaching, e.g., Clear Single Subject or Clear Multiple Subject credential or Designated Subjects Adult Education Teaching credential. Candidates must attach a detailed printout from the CTC website which clearly displays all authorizations, including an English learner authorization. Candidates who attach only the "Certificate" version of the document which does not contain authorization statements will not be considered.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a valid California Driver's License. APPLICATION INFORMATION:

* Copy of Transcript (with Degree(s) posted. Official transcripts will be required, if hired/or not on file. This requirement is waived for internal candidates.)
* Credential Copy (a valid clear Single Subject or clear Multiple Subject or Designated Subjects Adult Education credential authorizing service in K-12 teaching issued by the State of California)
* English Learner Authorization (copy of a valid English Learner Authorization such as CLAD, ELA1, BCLAD, ELAM, or ELAS)
* Letter of Introduction (with a wet signature)
* Letter(s) of Recommendation (three letters of recommendation regarding the applicant's performance in his/her present position and previously held positions. One letter must be from an immediate supervisor. All letters must be dated within two years and have a wet signature)
* Resume (1-2 pages only)
