School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA

Cross Country Education invites Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to bring their expertise to a supportive educational environment in Montebello, CA area for the ’25–’26 school year! We are passionate about helping students thrive and are seeking five Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team for two potential role types: a typical full caseload or a smaller caseload with a focus on 504 student assessments.

• Conduct on-site behavioral observations and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students across K-12 schools.
• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), providing direct support and training to educators and staff.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to analyze data and recommend adjustments to manage and reduce problem behaviors.
• Assess and complete reports for 504 plans to ensure accommodations are provided to students until eligibility for special education services is determined.
• This position is based at the district office, reports directly to the Program Specialist, and includes mileage reimbursement.

• Master’s Degree (Required)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (Required)
• Minimum of 10 months of school-based experience implementing and / or supervising Applied Behavior Analysis programs for students with Autism (Preferred)
