Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients according to their preference.
  • Ensure all client needs have been met during service, whether in person, over the phone or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
  • Sales/marketing experience.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Pay & Compensation

Pay range: $11.00 – $27.00 per hour.

Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job‑related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.
