Senior Accounting Analyst

I’m partnering with a fast-growing, acquisition-driven organization in the healthcare / skilled nursing space that is building out its accounting and business intelligence functions. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys owning both month-end accounting and audit-driven data analysis in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This team is very much in “build mode” - ideal for someone who wants visibility, influence, and long-term growth as the company continues to scale.

• Own full-cycle accounting for multiple skilled nursing facilities
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and clear outstanding items
• Support audit and cost reporting (Medicare / Medicaid)
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and large datasets
• Work cross-functionally with Accounting, AP, Internal Audit, and facility teams
• Assist with data validation, BI initiatives, and reporting enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of GL accounting experience (healthcare / skilled nursing required)
• Strong month-end close + audit / cost reporting exposure
• Advanced Excel skills (comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets)
• Experience with Net Suite (UKG / Kronos a plus)
